I'm happy with the outcome of the set and I hope my gf will be to. It took me a whole month to sew them. Of course I didn't do it 24/7.
The one with the lace and ruffles took the longest. First the cushion was filled up with embroidery and second, the ruffles and back of the cushion had to be sewn by hand. It was too thick for my machine to pass through. Even my edging-machine couldn't handle the edges. So, I did it the very old-fashion way.
It was a pleasure doing the romantic cushion again, but my fingers will need a rest for a while.
Check out Niza's Folkart Page listed on my Favorites. It definitely looked a whole lot better on Niza's sofa and I thought the pink cushions were really meant for the deep red sofa even though at the time I had not seen the color of the sofa
